I haven�t got a chance to see the actual RFE notice yet, but as per my lawyer it�s for the TB test. The doctor skipped the TB skin test and we both did the X-ray which came back negative.
Does anyone went to a different doctor that the one who initially took the test. I relocated since I took the test, and would like to avoid the 4hr drive.
Has anyone seen a different doctor after getting an RFE. Or should I have got to the same doctor.

In California they ask no questions.
I went for renewal with all papers including passport.
They did not even ask for any status or anything. Issued the DL for five years.

It means, if at all they have any doubts, they may issue RFE, but if you have a good relationship in responding to those RFEs using company letters etc, there is no problem. Good relation means, employer has to suppprt you always in case of any RFE, thats it. He needs stand on your side. Then there is no problem. But if he won't stand on your side, then it is a problem. So, thats why relation with employer is very important when on H1 or EB.

What's is Frist's motive in trying to trip the McCain - Kennedy or Specter's Markup? What's his point?
Looks like in Congress, each senior senator is a leader of his own and don't tolerate or cannot see eye to eye on more serious work of fellow senators or congressman. The idea is to trip the whole effort to treat illegal immigrants as humans. In Frist and its ilk's opinion, they want the services of illegal (and legal) immigrants, but this great country doesn't want to give any benefits to the illegal aliens in return. It's is so farcical, only the feudal minded Frists' can do it. Many in this country want 'closure' for this and 'closure' for that, but they deny all relief to these illegal aliens. Our goal of relief from retrogression and to increase visa numbers is unfortunately tied to such 'comprehensive bills'.
I want users of this forum to think about it, ruminate on it and write letters to law makers, newspapers etc.

I spoke to a staff at Michael R. McNulty's office.
He comes to Albany on weekends only.
Rest of the time (5 days a week) he is in Washington.
We can meet staff members any time betwenn 9 to 5 (no appointment required).
Spoke to staff member at Schumer's office.
He is not available for a meeting.
Have set up a meeting (with staff) for 12th April 11am (nothing available for next 2 weeks).
I was actually just trying to find out if we could schedule an appointment with Schumer. Did not expect them to set up an appointment on the phone so fast.
We can change if this is not convenient.
I am not sure if this is gonna help, as it is 2 weeks away.
Please provide feedback.

Looking at the .PDFs and the law on spillover, I agree with MPADAPAs analysis. Still hope that there would be spillovers from unused EB visa...sure it will be less compared to last year....but atleast feel/hope it would be enought to get through 2006....atleast for EB2 guys....

Based on what Sheela wrote looks like it is related with lot of money transfer. I am thinking that is true because of the name 'Immigration and Customs Enforcement'. If it is related with just immigration then I don't think Customs Enforcement will come into picture. bujjigade123, did you do lot money movement from US-India-US? Why did they visit your employer 2 months back? Do you know what they asked your employer?

I do not have any dreams of my 485 being cleared this month as my I140 is pending at TSC since April 2007. Just last week we got an RFE and the attroney is working on the response.

Come on we need to learn to forget the cold war days. This is 21st century and the age of facebook and other social networking platforms. the world is getting more connected and there will soon be no place for fighter planes any more. What we need is "food" and "water".....
Nature is showing us again and again the futility of our ambitions (regional and international) through her rather quite infrequent thrashings these days....
296 people perished this week in terrible tornadoes (worst in last 40 years!!!).....10000 or more a month ago in Japan earthquake (5th worst ever recorded!!!)....
Please tell us what cool-aid you are drinking..
